We successfully completed a roofing upgrade project involving the safe removal of existing asbestos cement sheets, carried out in strict accordance with all current regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Our trained team followed controlled procedures to ensure the safe handling, removal, and disposal of hazardous materials, minimising risk to both personnel and the surrounding environment.
Once the area was fully cleared and prepared, we installed new single-skin metal cladding, providing a durable, low-maintenance, and weather-resistant solution.
The finished result not only enhances the building’s appearance but also delivers long-term performance and compliance with modern standards.
This is part of ongoing improvement works by Anchorpoint across the site, where we have also implemented a high-performance liquid waterproofing system on buildings that are unable to have a roof replacement
